Arab Unrest

Attacks on Yemeni army units killed 10 soldiers and injured 19 others, the state-run news agency said Saturday.

Mohamed al-Gadra, the security chief in Marib province, blamed the attacks on al Qaeda and the opposition Joint Meeting Parties, the Saba news agency said.

Al-Gadra said al Qaeda gunmen shot and killed seven soldiers near an oil field, killing them. He said opposition party members attacked a unit of the Republican Guard, killing another three soldiers.
